Sharing Final Update of My Body Transformation Journey aka Milkha Singh Body. The Goal Was To Achieve A Lean Body Like Farhan Akhtar in The Movie Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. When I started this journey it was all about physical toughness and fitness but as I went further and we all know life happens. I realised the importance of mental toughness, grit, and discipline.

We all have Seen TedX Ted talks on: perseverance, grit, hard work and consistency. But in this 14 week period I also experienced what it takes to do them. And if you apply it in your life, Success is guaranteed. In the beginning we all are motivated and full of energy. The secret to my shredded body , extreme fat loss and natural body transformation is not any special diet, training or secret supplement. It is Zidd, Dharta, Perseverance. We all have the desires to transform our body and life, but the problem with desires is: that it is INTANGIBLE. You can not touch it, you can not experience it. You can not just imagine being in a beach of California and expect to be there. You have to make the moves to get there! That is why Zidd and Perseverance are so important cause when your energies will be low, motivation will be over and seems there is no hope. This perseverance will make sure you keep moving, you keep making progress and keep getting closer to your goal. Life will never be easy, it is not meant to be easy. Especially if you want to conquer your goals like Arnold Schwarzenegger , Sandeep Maheshwari, Shah Rukh Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Amitabh Bachan, forget that your life will be easy. In fact know that it is going to be tough, very tough and the circumstances will not be according to you always. 1989 Sachin Tendulkar’s first International Tournament.
