Hence, one should aim for not only losing weight once but losing it for good and gaining strength, stamina, agility, endurance and happiness in the process. Today I will share with you a guide to achieve permanent weight loss for beginners. It includes 4 stages and each stage has few steps that you can take to move forward in the process.

I haven’t mention the time frame it will take to cross one stage as it entirely depends on include, how fast or slowly they can get accustom to the changes, making them part of their permanent lifestyle. However one thing is for sure towards the end of 4th stage you will find that not only you have lost Weight in your journey but also gain more energy and have developed good and healthy relationships with food and training.
