My 3 Month Body Transformation | Fitness Journey – Day 1

A body transformation is something I do every 3 years or so. I plan a solid fitness routine, work extremely hard for 3 months and eat a carefully planned diet which aids my body transformation fitness goals. Then, when I hit 3 months, I either continue to maintain what ever level I reach or get out into the world and use my new body to do incredible things. The last few times I did this, I trained to be a professional wrestler, I acted in a lot of action type roles, just before YouTube I became a fire fighter and the last time I did a body transformation, it was to better my odds of survival on the TV show Naked & Afraid. I didn’t make it to the end but not because I wasn’t fit but because I was extremely sick and lost 28 lbs. Some might say I should just continue to maintain the body I get after my transformation but I never really do and that’s just me being honest with myself. Plus, I like the hard work in a weird way. So I challenge you to get fit with me! It’s only 3 months and you know how time flies. So are you with me?

3) Deadline – Without a deadline all humans procrastinate. It is very easy to deviate from your goals if you do not have a deadline. A deadline keeps you anxious, motivated and makes you keep chasing your goals.

4) Sacrifice – They have a saying in Navy Seals ” everybody wants to go to heaven. But no one wants to die ” Meaning anything great in life demands a great amount of sacrifice. If you want the results, you need to be willing to sacrifice. If you want to transform your self in your best version, you might have to give up some short term gratifications for long term greatness. It might be painful right now, but it will be worth it later, I gaurantee.
