Hello my Strong Strong Friends! In today’s video I’m providing you all with an update to my fitness journey. I do find myself at a bit of a crossroads, so I’d like to update you on how I got to be where I am, and some of the experiences I had.

Hi, I’m Meg. I make videos for my #strongstrongfriends.
I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, USA Powerlifting Club Coach, and Nationally competitive powerlifter.
I help lifters from beginner to advanced get comfortable with a barbell, and build strength and muscles with powerlifting style training.
